Community

In Salem, where the Jewish population is small, many of our members look to TBS as a place where we can connect with other Jews regardless of our individual level of observance.

In addition to worshipping together, we form strong bonds of friendship through community activities, social groups, and volunteering.

Through our community activities, we can also join together to reach out to theĀ general publicĀ to raise awareness regarding issues effecting us as Jews, and as members of the greater Salem community.

Visioning & Planning Project

projectboard-publicTemple Beth Sholom is currently in the midst of its 2012 Visioning and Planning Project. The Visioning and Planning Committee (VPC) is working hard to offer as many opportunities as possible for all members of TBS, as well as non-affiliated Jews in Salem and the surrounding areas, to share their thoughts about the future of TBS.
