slow-burning, lead-free and hand made. They may cost a little more than
the "made in china" candles you can purchase at the local grocery store,
but they are worth it! We have candles for shabbos, havdalah, and

Music to inspire your
Shabbat. Rabbi Shawn Zevit's newly released double CD,
Generations, is now available for sale in the gift shop.
Generations takes you through the world of prayer, longing and a
celebration of life, using universal themes with a contemporary
interpretation and sound. Many of the songs have found their way
into worship services across North America and are performed by
other singers and musicians. In fact, Rabbi Shawn has recorded a
lovely version of our own Rabbi Gary's Shir Hadash on
this CD. CD 1 follows the traditional structure of the Friday
night Sabbath service. CD 2 is an incredible collection of
recordings of Sabbath zemirot that Rabbi Shawn sang with his
grandfather. Once you have welcomed this CD into your home- you
will find yourself returning to it again and again for
inspiration and introspection, to move and dance, and celebrate
the passages of life!
